These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The New Face of Nollywood (TNFON) platforms, services, auditions, voting systems, applications, and related content operated by Wimpro Media.

By using this platform, you agree to these Terms.

You must:

• Be legally capable of entering agreements

• Provide accurate information

• Comply with applicable laws

• Meet any audition or participation requirements

Users may be required to create accounts to:

• Apply for auditions

• Vote

• Access exclusive content

• Participate in events or activities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

By submitting audition materials, you:

• Confirm that you own or have rights to the submitted content

• Grant TNFON and Wimpro Media the right to review and evaluate submissions

• Acknowledge that submissions may be used for promotional and editorial purposes related to the project

Submission does not guarantee selection.

All TNFON content including logos, videos, graphics, branding, designs, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute content without permission

• Use TNFON branding without authorization

• Exploit platform materials commercially

Users agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or harmful content

• Harass or abuse other users

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

• Manipulate voting systems

• Use bots or automated abuse tools

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access where necessary.

TNFON may include:

• Public voting

• Fan engagement systems

• Live audience participation

• Paid or promotional participation features

Voting rules and outcomes may change based on operational or production requirements.

Attempts to manipulate voting systems may result in disqualification or suspension.

Certain services may involve payments including:

• Voting

• Subscriptions

• Merchandise purchases

• Event ticketing

• Premium experiences

All fees will be disclosed before payment is processed.

Contestants and participants acknowledge that:

• Filmed content may be edited for broadcast purposes

• Production teams maintain editorial discretion

• Appearances may be distributed across television, streaming platforms, social media, and promotional channels

Additional agreements may apply for selected participants.

Our platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

TNFON services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability

• Error-free services

• Guaranteed contestant selection

• Continuous operation during technical issues

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wimpro Media and TNFON shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Data loss

• Service interruptions

• Unauthorized access beyond reasonable control

• Financial or reputational losses arising from platform use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
